Re: Copper detox
I'm not expert at this, but I have been looking into these things for quite a few years.
It is not likely at all that copper is your last toxin left. High copper might even just be a downstream symptom of high mercury.
I have heard from a lot of people that your experience is common. The body does go through these periods of spiking and dumping. The best defense is to keep your liver and kidneys in top shape, good urine flow and bile flow is paramount.
If your adrenals are not shot then copious sweating via sauna can dump more metals than chelation or any of the wilson methodologies.
Yes, the warning signals are very high levels and also very low levels - the poles. High levels are easy to spot, but I cannot tell you how many so called experts and practitioners gloss over abnormally low levels of toxic elements. These very low levels, especially near zero are imo the most dangerous because they indicate that the body is completely unable to excrete them. These are imo very linked in with the root cause of your illness. When you find one of these low-liers, it is likely that a homeopathic similum will work - perhaps even too well, so be careful.
Newport reported similar when testing for pathogens with the scio. You want to look for the most reactive and least reactive, these are your red flags.
I also have some theories about so-called paradoxical hair test readings. For example, if a toxin is stored in your gut bound to mucous, would it be normal for the body to bring it into circulation, blood, and incorporate it into hair protein to detoxify it? Probably not. The most likely case is bacterial reduction and have it pass directly out through stool without passing go.
The hair tests are just a tool, and not fully understood at all.
I would experiment with raw food based sources of copper to see how you react, same for zinc.
