Cosmetic injection complication. Bacterial infection?

Hello guys Im new to the forum,

My problem is a little complicated since a lot of doctors cannot diagnose it. 5 years ago I had a cosmestic intervention with radiesse and hyaluronic acid fillers during the period of 4 months(injections) and developped a kind of intermittent swelling reaction to the site of the injections, the forehead. I can feel some lumps there and its painful to the touch, I tried to dissolve it with hyaluronidase 2x but it just doesn t go away. The surgeon performing it doesn t believe its because of the injection and basically im alone in this situation and dont know what to do. The swelling increases during some heavy activities, stress or alcohol intake and decreases when im more calm.

Even though i had some succesful treatments with antibiotica, it didnt last thing, thats why I think its a kind of infection. Now the antibiotica doesnt help anymore like it became resistant to it. I was reading about patients developping a kind of biofilm around the filler injection and the only treatment was heavy oral antibiotica or surgical excision that leaves a scar. What can i do to treat this biofilm. Or is it not a biofilm? Just a allergic reaction? i have no idea, im thinking about convincing my house doctor to perform a steriod injection.
