Apparent odor after urinating? Confused !!' Help!

Hi! So something weird happened today and I don't
Know what to think of it. Let me begin by saying i believe I must have some candida infection or some weird condition ( tested negative for TMAU) that gives off an unidentifiable odor ( can't smell it don't know where it's coming from). And I believe I've had it for over 6 years.

I was in a conference room today and i stood up to go pee. I pee, ,clean, and go back in. When I come back into the room the guy at the door coughs and then opens the door.

I could be overt thinking this but I don't know why! Is there an odor coming down there? I have a lot of UTIs but not currently. Yes, I clean properly, front to back. Very higiénico.

Times he is convinced I don't smell. But when I see people coughing rubbing noses I can't help but think this isn't in my head . I've heard very very few comments ( people we very respectful I guess?) and I've confronted two different close friends about it who say I don't smel.

What did this incident at my job mean? Could this be a vaginal fistula?
