all pills give me hang over/brain fog/ stiff neck felling as liver can't handle it

I seem to be getting somewhere after years of living in hell
but I can not handle any medication good or bad as my liver just can't take it and gives me a hang over/brain fog/ stiff neck felling and I'm very low on magnesium so I need to take the mag pills and any other pill i pop I get the same thing.

has any one else had this problem with there liver and was able to fix this?

I know it has to be fatty liver or congested liver but tests do not pick anything up besides high liver enzymes.
