Mailaise and insomnia after sex

I've been treating myself for adrenal fatigue and HM poisoning for a while now.


Recently, sex has been painful. leading to tingly sensation to body, feeling warm, feeling wired and tired and having sever insomnia. 2 days ago I had sexual intercourse and ogasm-ed twice, I was only able to sleep for 1 hour that night because my body would jolt every time I started to fall asleep. today it happened again, I can't sleep. this is very worrisome.

what could this tingly sensation and hypnotic jolt after sex. high cortisol, low cortisol, AF, candida? This all happened after a night of drinking a lot (it had been a while since been drinking)

any advise on supplements to alleviate this?
