Issue with blotchy burning lips

Hey guys for the longest time I've had this issue with my lips. They will start burning sometimes just in one area. Sometimes it's a tingle/twitch. This has happened for years and years. Never had a blister or even a bump. Sometimes a pimple will form on the outer edges of my lip. A few months back I had a IGG test for HSV1 & 2 came back negative. Been to the dermatologist 3 times and they can't tell me anything.

9 times out of 10 you can't see anything and sometimes it looks puffy. Sometimes it will be a red line all the way around. This will go on and on for weeks and weeks, sometimes months at a time. It's off and on. Every hour. May last all day. May stop and start. Extremely random. Seems a lot worse in warmer weather and when storms move through or when outside.

Can you guys please offer advice. This is literally driving me up the wall. Dr.'s won't do anything

EDIT: I also have the "dreaded white triangle" or wish bone on my upper lip, which appears to be slowly spreading
