Water fast unsupervised candida arthritis torn meniscus

Fasting history

•2 3day Water Fast no difficulty.
• a few 1 day water only fast

I'm suffering from a genital fungal yeast infection that occurred after taking Antibiotics from the doctor.

It's been over a year and was misdiagnosed from the doctor and was treated with numerous other creams that were in effective.

I don't want to go back to the doctor for treatment of something they misdiagnosed a year ago.

I eat a vegan diet with wild salmon and probiotics in pill form plus natural fermented pickles and sour kraught.

My weakness

I eat a lot of nuts which can flare up the candida internally.

I also swim in a pool which can kill the good bacteria on the skin and inside of body if Ingested.

The candida was obviously brought in to be imbalanced in my eyes with the killing of the good bacteria.



I also eat quinoa kale garlic wild salmon dried cranberries.

I want to do a long Water Fast unsupervised for possibly 21 days because that's apparently the protocol.

I'm 180lbs 6ft tall otherwise health male.

I do have Arthritis in the hips and torn meniscus in both knees.

I'm hoping a long fast will cure my candida and promote faster healing for my body.

Would you advise me to do that long of a fast with out doing the 5-7 day shorter fast?

Also I'd like to break my fast with store bought juices from trader joes I simply have no time to juice at home I travel abroad for work but have a nice sit down desk job.

I'm hoping to fast when I go on nights which last for 6 weeks at a time where i only physically see someone 1 time a day.
