fasting, liver flush, minerals

This msg is in a reflection of certain electrolyte talk brought about by Archus.
Archus, I feel that concerning potassium and/or magnesium showing low in blood tests, it may be a consequence of recent liver flushing. We stimulate the bowel to get rid of the bile which was squeezed out from the gallbladder and liver, while under normal conditions it is re-absorbed by the intestines for the major part. The bile is rich in minerals. Therefore, I am hypothesizing that a Liver Flush can more or less disturb for a while the electrolyte balance, which is not a big deal if we don't fast right afterwards and recuperate the minerals, but can bring a disturbance in the body if we fast right after.
