Re: Tmj no more

I haven't ever tried it, but I do see many people for TMD. In my experience, a holistic approach is best as TMD is multifactorial. However, I am skeptical of anyone claiming to have found "the only way." Because TMD is so multi faceted, how can that even make sense?

Here is what we do at our clinic. Hopefully you can find someone in your area who knows how to work with TMD via massage. The great thing about massage for TMD, which IS a holistic approach to it, is that if it doesn't work, then you can move on to the next thing without having lost anything besides a couple weeks of time (unlike shaving teeth).

I have several MT contacts around the country (USA). If you let me know where you are located, I may have someone that I could send you to.

Good luck!
