Bone Flesh and Cartilage by Nature's Way, a question

Dear Dr. Hardy,

I have a bottle of Bone Flesh and Cartilage that is really helping my shoulder and the label says not for long term use. I am wondering why not, and how long is long term, and what am I going to do when it is time to stop taking this stuff, because my arm hurts when I don't take it. So my question are:

1) What happens if I take it long term?
2) How long is long term use?
3) Will it cure me or will I have to take something else?
4) If the pain comes back when I stop taking it, what do I take instead?
