Recipe for a medicine that kills HIV and other viruses

My grandfather was a great doctor, famous both in my country and outside it. Few decades ago he invented a medicine that kills HIV and that works as well for other viruses. For reasons you may guess - political and economical, the medicine was not made public, however the government gave to my grandfather huge area to work further on his inventions and planned to use the medicine to sell it abroad for lots of money, but that was kept secret.
My grandfather died few years ago but left the recipe to my father who gave it to me. He is using it every time he gets a herpes with success. Nobody of our family has HIV, but I decided to spread the recipe so people with HIV can prepare the medicine and cure themselves.
The recipe is simple and can be prepared at home. However, as far as dosage and concentration is concerned, I do not have any instructions.
The recipe is:

1 part natrium thiosulfat is mixed with 3 parts Vitamin C. The result of the reaction is some kind of a sulfuric substance, killing viruses, including HIV. It should work against any kind of viruses, Hepatitis, Herpes, warts, etc...

P.S. My father agrees on the matter that Colloidal Silver also kills HIV and other viruses, however, I guess that medicine is stronger.
