Do smoking cause wrinkles

Hi all

I’m 27-year-old woman and have the habit of smoking. Does smoking cause premature aging? I have fine lines under my eyes and forehead. Is that because of my smoking habit or as a part of aging process? These are not very deep wrinkles, but it doesn’t suits my age. My aunt who is 15 years older than me have clear skin. She advised me to get an anti-aging treatment. But I’m confused, whether it will be effective If I am continuing my smoking? or should I need to quit it?I know smoking can cause health problems and skin problems, so is a stupid question. but I just want to confirm it. Any suggestion will be appreciable. Thank you in advance.
