very multi-symptom person


I have a few different things wrong with me: 1. Stomach spasms (like my intestines are being squeezed and turned) about an hour after I eat (occasionally- now about once every other week) - treating with Cat's Claw, licorice tea, ginger tea -- the first time I experienced this pain was in early adolescence, not related to menstruation. 2. Itchy anus - tried applying coconut oil, cortisone cream, emu oil, and Chinese herbal wash (customized from my acupuncture doctor) -- None worked 3. Extreme food sensitivity - severe bloating after consuming some foods --Blood Type Diet (non-secreter if you're familiar with the term) helps somewhat, but still extremely sensitive to quinoa (triggers spasms) ---Large portions aggravate stomach as well 4. Orange hands, feet, mouth and elbows - full panel blood work tested 4 separate times, only revealed thyroid sometimes overactive, sometimes underachieving (yes, it's jumping) --liver and gallbladder are clean 5. Cyst like follicles on both ovaries revealed in ultra sound - no menstration since mid February 6. Extreme sweating since early adolescence 7. Severe acne since early adolescence 8. Reoccurring toenail fungus 9. Cold extremities/poor circulation -hands, nose, feet -- sometimes my pinkies and wedding fingers will spontaneously go numb 10. Frequent popping/cracking joints in fingers and left ankle 11. Yeast infection **recently treated with magic pill from naturapathic doctor, all clear 12. Oh, and my hair is falling out more rapidly I am 25 years old, weigh 125 pounds, 5 foot - 4 inches. My diet now mainly consists of: - organic vegetables, brown rice, fish, and nuts. I have completely omitted eating: - all dairy, coffee, meat, eggs, gluten, processed foods, alcohol, and sugar including fruit (just in case I have a parasite) - I closely follow the Blood Type Diet (type: O, nonsecreter), though I'll occasionally cheat, 90-95% of the time being good. I exercise regularly (yoga, running, high intensity workout gym classes 3 times a week) I drink lots of water and even take probiotics (Jarro brand, 5 billion up to 3 times daily) My energy level is high, I have little to no stress most days, and am very spirit-oriented. I have seen multiple doctors, acupuncturists, and chiropractors, as well as researched my symptoms for guidance. -diagnosed with IBS (or BS for short) --- colonoscopy and upper endoscopy (I think that's what it was called) were clean I self diagnosed myself with having a parasite (pinworms since my booty hole itches at night, though sometimes during the day too). Treated myself with PinX (twice, as advised) but still itchy. I have had these problems for only the last 3 years (unless stated before as in adolescence). 3 years ago I stopped taking birth control after being on the pill since 17. I also began eating mostly organic food during this time as well, and excluding fast food, processed food, and GMO (as much as possible - that ish really needs to be labeled) I have completed full tinctures of Milk thistle, Cat's claw, and oil or oregano. Drank boxes of licorice, fennel, fenugreek, ginger, and chamomile teas. Completed 20 days of food grade hydrogen peroxide water detox. Completed a 3 day juice cleanse (stomach too upset to do any longer). I'm running out of ideas friends. Any one have any words of wisdom to share?
