I lied to my husband.

My husband has caught me in a lie that hurt and his family and is now telling me that he wants to separate/divorce. He tells me that he doesn't need me and can find any girl he wants. When he came home tonight and confronted me, he threw a blender across the kitchen. This isn't the first time I have held something back from him (although nothing ever as major as this). He has a habit of demonstrating his anger violently. While he has never hit me he has wrecked a few things around the house. I love him dearly and don't want our marriage to end. How do I get him to trust me again?
