Is this adrenal fatigue or exhaustion? How to address properly ????

Hey there,

I'm relatively new to these forums and was wondering if anyone had any advice for me in relation to a whole bunch of symptoms I've experienced over the year, they all seemed to surface after a 4 month course of accutane, however I now suspect that they may have been there all along.

I believe my adrenal glands are totally exhausted, however I'm unsure of the best approach of recovery.

If you have experienced similar problems and recovered it would be great to hear your advice!

My main symptoms are:

Stuttering / stammering
Eye floaters
inability to concentrate
bleeding gums
apathy
small but frequent muscle twitches (eyelid, eyebrow)
poor skin condition (dry skin, prone to acne)
poor memory (mainly short term)

These symptoms have been happening since early 2012. For about a year I neglected them and hoped they would go away, but now for the past two years I have been confronting them and making attempts to address them.

My course of action now is to get a
x4 cortisol check, DHEA test and have a hair mineral analysis and required supplements to address adrenals.
