Tendon Rupture Surgery post floxing and nerve damage from surgical block

I believe I have quinolone toxicity. Is there anyone out there that had a ruptured tendon repair, had a popliteal block done for the surgery and then suffered permanent nerve damage from the block in the limb? I had been having bad neuropathy prior to the tendon rupture which happened just walking down the hall. I have gone steadily downhill after the surgery. Now with a diagnosis of MS at the age of 57 which physicians admit is "unusual". Of course, no one but the peripheral neurologist believes the neuropathy was in part from Cipro in addition to statins (a deadly combination in my humble opinion). Curious if anyone else has such a history. Thanks for reading this.
