Do you mean the extract or the whole vegetable itself? Is it possible that I have a sluggish liver with good liver enzyme levels? It all seems contradictory to me. I have lots of energy during the day and good liver enzymes. Still there are some signs that point to the liver (dark circles/tinnitus) and reduced caffeine clearance. Also my digestion is ok. Another thing I did is that I eat minimal gluten and dairy, but I am not noting much of a difference with that.
