Im so confused,any help greatly appreciated.

I had my son do a hair analysis thru TEI.
He is a slow type 4.(Slow oxidizer under a lot of stress)
I was told to give him Mag,we did and he is feeling very tired at school and Anxiety,so I was told to give him something stimulating like megapan during the day,well he feels jittery.He is always hungry and has 2 or 3 times daily bowel movements,sometimes diarrhea.He acts like a fast oxidizer,but is slow on the test.Here are the numbers,any help or advice greatly appreciated.

Magnesium 3.9
Sodium 43
Potassium 13
ZINC 20
COPPER 2.7

The ratios:CA-MG 12.56 NA-K 3.31 CA-P 3.27 ZN-CU 7.41
CA-K 3.77 NA-MG 11.03 FE-CU 0.22
Anyone with similar numbers?What are you taking that is working? Oh also I was told that he will turn into a fast oxidizer very soon.I am so stressed with trying to figure this all out,i am doing NB too and im in burnout,i just don't know what to do to help my son.Thanks Tweet
