Re: Don't get scammed by fruitphobic supplement pushers

Various fruits seem to be the most healthy and nutritious foods on the planet. They are potent medicines and each have a specific way that they impact the body. Of course there are tons of other foods and herbs that have just as much of an impact. I remember reading somewhere that Dr. Graham was saying that things like fennel, coriander, cardamom, cumin are toxic to the body which is completely false as these are some of the most potent medicines that cleanse and balance the body when combined with other wholesome foods. The fruitarian diet should NOT be followed by most people and probably less than 1% of the human population can thrive on this diet over long periods of time as you will see most people leave this diet after some years because they start to feel sick I have heard many testimonies to this effect. Are most vitamins and supplements scams? Yes, but there are also many good ones if used correctly with understanding of how it will affect you. Is fruitarian the best diet? Absolutely not, there is no BEST diet but of all fad diets out there fruitarian and low-carb are probably the worst as far as long-term detrimental effects they can have on people that follow them strictly.
