Re: Ingredients in skincare

I threw out most personal care products 5 years ago.

Like Marie I don't use underarm deodorant. The aluminun from the underarm settles in the breast and increases the risk of breast cancer. Occasionally I use a natural type during the summer. I have noticed that during strong detox reactions I get very smelly. Then it would go away for many weeks and then return for a few days.

I just use coconut oil on my skin and use a natural goat's milk soap made locally. If you aren't prepared to eat it than it's not a good idea to put it on your skin.

Every toxin we add to the body must come out again. Better to minimize the need for this as much as possible.
