How long of a WATER FAST can I do!??
I am 22 years old. I'm 5'8" and weigh 252 pounds. I am going to be doing a long Water Fast as I have numerous health issues. I have done months of research on this and will start Water Fasting tomorrow, January 1, 2013. Since I weigh so much I wanted to know how long I can safely Water Fast for. I have read the more fat you have, the longer you can fast. I have read people fasting up to 90 days, obviously don't want to go that long, but I need some opinions/advice please!
