vaginal cyst or Bartholins Gland help!!!

This may sound silly but I am still confused after HOURS of reading... are these cysts in your vagina or outside on the labia.... I have an bump approx. 1 3/4 " inside my vagina on the top right hand side... It is driving me crazy.. almost makes me feel like I have a urinary tract infection and the thought of sex makes me want to cry.. I have recently been taken off of my estrogen replacement and am in menopause Hell.. and now this... I also now have painful Acne along my hair line on my neck... is this all part of the same thing... I am so ready to give up.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I will try anything... I want to get my life back.
