Thank you .... that was very well written, so I´m presuming that you have spent quite some time with Yoga and its many facets.
I have done so as well - its been quite awhile! Unfortunately have stopped practicing Hatha Yoga regularly like I used to inspite of "knowing" - as in experiencing, how much the body-mind benefitted from the experience. Every once in a while, I started for a few weeks / months and more recently have been practicing the five Tibetians... which are 5 yoga-type of exercises and they have improved my stamina... which in spite of Yoga was always "lacking". All the same - at the moment - other "healing processes" have taken over and even tho the body could profit loads from physical exercise, all I have the will-power for is a bit of meditation and some other spiritual exercises. Any ways to "improve" this situation?
