I have a practical question regarding juicing. I have an Omega 8005 juicer (and will be canning for 2 days at a time) and my question is for the experienced juicers and juice fasters - how do you go about getting a gallon of juice per day? Specifically, I want to know how to shop to do this? How many ounces of juice come from carrots? Is it possible to use too much of one type of vegetable such as carrots? Does Superfood count as juice? What are your typical recipes for getting this high volume of juice?
