Hi Dr Jeff. I have had systemic candida for many years and in all those years I have never experienced thrush, not to the extent of itchiness anyway. I am currently in the first stage of your Plan and I got a really bad bout of thrush in week three. I gave you a list of all my symptoms and you said that it was a mucous reaction from systemic candida, and that means I am probably unable to detox quickly enough. Is that why I got thrush?

Can you give more details about your thrush? Is your tongue what is itching?

Also, does Antronex have to be taken with the HCL/pepsin I take at meal times? i.e. does HCL only keep the stomach acidic whilst it is in the stomach? Or can I take the Antronex away from meals/HCL.

It's probably best to take with meals and it can be taken with HCL. Tweet
