may be too calming to me?
Is it possible that meditation is not for everyone? I have been meditating every day, including regular meditation and aura meditation.
I have been told that I seem melancholy lately.
Could it be that I have become too turned inwards?
I used to feel more one with nature, but now when I look out at the trees and sky, I feel more contained within myself, separated more from nature.
I also have a leg in a cast, it has been suggested that my reaction to meditation is either due to me doing it wrong, or maybe my energies are now focussed on my own healing.
So today I drank strong coffee and did not meditate, to try and get some of my energy back!
Do you have any suggestions or know anything of what I have experienced? thank you.
