So Happy!

I just got word that a couple I know decided not to circumcise their new baby last month after I did my best when they were on the fence to tip them over to the "leave the baby's penis alone side of the fence" side.

It warms my heart that another baby is saved from this heneous crime.

I told them, "Don't let anyone come near your baby with a knife and that I'll be damned if I spend 9 months creating a perfect baby just to have an imperfect doctor snip away at his penis."

There are some reasonable people in this world after all! The dad was from an Indian country and his family was of a religion in which circumcision was important, but common sense of not letting someone cut off your son's penis won out.
