Questions after my 3rd Flush!!

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for advice after my 3rd flush.
I followed the normal protocol last night (Friday night here). The same this morning for the Epsom Salts .
I had a reasonably comfortable night. No nausea, but only dosed, wakening every hour.
Then at 7.30 my B.M started. Apart from 3 little greens stones in my 3rd B.M all the other stuff has been extremely teeny green stuff which looks to me like new stones forming.
Could this be corrrect? Where are my older stones?
It is only 3 weeks since I did my last flush, and that was a great success, probably passed over 100 green hard stones of various sizes. (1st one I only passed grainy stuff)
O.k it is only 10.30a.m Saturday here, on a very very hot day. I know that I have to get lots of fluid back into my system, which I have been doing since 6.00a.m. this morning. Drinking lots of water, and apple juice.
Also my partner did his 2nd flush with me, with great success. He felt a bit sick and lethargic this morning, but slept all night, then when his B.M started he was passing green stones by about the 3rd trip to loo. Probably passed about 30 at this time.
He doesn't feel so lethargic now, and is pleased with his outcome.
Am I being too impatient now? Last flush I had almost all of my stones passed by this time of morning, with only the occasional straggler still left.
I am feeling a bit despondent here. Trying not to let it get to me, but I really expected a great flush like the last one.
Who can shed some light on this?
