jaw problem

hi:
i have been unable to bite or about 2.5 weeks.first it started with a sore ness in my right jaw then it tightend up and pushed my bite over not allowing me to bite down at all, where it once was sore but boyant.

my bite is completely off now. it isnt tmj becasue i can open my mouth no problem. Celebrex helps a littel. I am workign hard starting a web design compnay and putting my husband through college.

i have medical but no dental for two months.
someone please help i am a very happy person and want to enjoy the first year of marrage with my hubby. who is 6 yrs younger than me.
i plan on doing the lemonade cleanse which i have done before with great results 5 years back. Its tough thought to not eat for 10 days.
