coffee enemas and the liver flush

I'm still reading about all this (and frankly am really blown away by all the information: how to sort it?) and want to know if you cleansers out there are doing the flush with the coffee enema. If so, what's the verdict??? If you chose not to do the enema, why? Do you know something I should ;)
