can I take less epsom salts, still get good results?

Hi, I want to do another flush, maybe in a week or so. I had success with my first one, I passed about 100 tiny, mainly green, soft oily balls, no hard ones.
Bu the diarrhea was quite bad and I wonder if I can take less Epsom Salts , but still have it be effective? I weigh about 100lbs. and I think maybe I took too much for my body weight. I followed the instructions on this site.
