Re: My story with Enema dependency/constipation

Thanks for posting. That link does't work but I think I found the right website. They are selling a lot of stuff!

The pain I have isn't cramps. I have never had that. This is like a dull ache/a soreness. It has led to 3 specific episodes of sore stomach that has lasted about 24 hours. The first time was after an enema when I had not had an enema for some time (or passed stools). I was very backed up and I just guessed that was the explanation. The second time happened a day after I had done a castor oil flush. The third time was again after an enema. But with both of these times there had been a gap of a day.

For the time being I have stopped both enemas and castor oil flushes and I am a bit nervous of both which is annoying because they are both helpful for me in different ways. I have been taking Lactulose for constipation which worked to an extent (unbeleivable gas) and then I had stop that as I starting reacting to it (excema). I am very food sensitive.

The good news is that I am starting to have BMs daily though small. Are you doing enemas for constipation or am I the only one!
