Gall Blader n Bilirubin, need cleansing?

I was informed by my Doctor that I have high Bilirubin and could be a result of a problem with my Gall Blader. This is new to me, but I found this web site while searching for information. I would prefer an natural solution to this problem. The Dr. will need to perform a few more test, but if this is a Gall Bladder problem, will cleansing as spoke about here help reduce my Bilirubin numbers? How should I start out and get going with this?
