Half a cup of liquid Magnesium Citrate sounds like WAY WAY too much!!!

I don't have experience with the LIQUID form, so you would have to read the label to figure out how much, but half a cup sounds like WAY too much.

Agnes says that in the powdered form, use the same amount of Magnesium Citrate as the Epsom Salts --4 tbs in 3 cups of water.

I HAVE used Magnesium Citrate and got out some big stones. Using the dosage above. It works really well.
