Have you seen the Abraham-Hicks DVDs? They are very worth watching.
One thing that has really kept me focused is the use of my emotional guidance system and being in touch with my feelings. Anything that feels good raises ones vibrations, so the minute I have the awareness that I am feeling bad, such as reading a negative curezone post (lol!) I immediately move off and find a better feeling thought and develop that into a series of positive thoughts.
IF I have let a bad feeling thought run away wih me, and am in anger/blame etc. I use Byron Katie's "The Work" self inquiry method to inquire about my judgements. The minute my judgement is released, I can laugh at myself and feel at peace. Because ALL judgement is self judgement.
Isn't it wonderful that we have these resources within our inner being? The knowledge that we create our own reality and have all the tools necessary within us to change our conditions makes me feel very empowered. And having been practising for a while, I am finding manifestations coming much quicker than before.
Ask - focus on what you want - allow. It's so simple, but we need to be in constant touch with any negative emotions, because they are the ones that cause resistence and therefore stop the creative process moving the right way.
