Re: Mold in lungs.
yes i do. one way is to get an ozonator and breath SMALL amounts of ozone, you can increase the amount VERY slowly over tiime. i have a mold problem in the building where i live and this helps every time. an air filter that also produces ozone will help, but themaount of ozone it produces is very very small.
i would get the kind of unit used to ozonate water and oil. i would then drink ozonated water each and every day, more than once per day. during the process of ozonating the water you can breath a small amount of the ozone gas. start out with a very short exposure to the gas and very slowly increase. too much ozone gas all at once can be way too much for your lungs and do damage. drinking the ozonated water willl also help out a lot.
if you don't like that option, you can buy a humifidifer and add food grade hydrogen peroxide to the unit, leave it on all night. the peroxide will slowly get diffused into the air and cleanse the air and your lungs. this is much gentler and you don't have to worry about over doing it. there is an exact forumula for how much peroxide to add to the humidifier, you can ask on the oxygen forum. i will try to find it and post it here for you. good luck, don't fool around with mold, its a killer.
