Longevity boils down to:
1. knowing why you are living and that tells you what your goal is.
2. live long enough to know why you are living on earth.

prevent scurvy

Most people treat their body "less' than they treat their car.....and many have zero clue how their car works and turn it over to strangers for repairs---no different than the ignorant turn their body over to strangers..

70 AD Jesus came back and the tribulation/destruction of the world wide roman empire began via natural disasters, wars, famines etc., aka the prophecies of the book of revelation were fulfilled.
76 AD satan is imprisoned for 1000 years and the saints who were beheaded by romans for their faith between 33 AD and 70 AD were resurrected and ruled the earth with Jesus with an iron rod.
from 76 AD to 1076 AD Jesus reigns and builds the gothic cathedrals, churches above the buried roman empire. Free energy, free housing, free food was available to all.
1076 AD satan was released and thus the little/short season of satan begun... revolutions start all over the world, monarchy killed, 'democracy' set up, roman style buildings built right next to gothic buildings, 1st and 2nd world war role was to destroy key gothic buildings built during the millennium of Christ, and to kill the saints who did not move to the north pole(camp of the saint/Jesus), babylonian/roman/commercial 'law' reimplemented... the world wide roman empire was resurrected and renamed to: anglo-american empire.

The final Dr. Jackson diet was "extremely" simplistic.
Dr. John R. Christopher surely bought into the Jackson diet---Christopher very much liked hot cereal via a thermos bottle.
Jackson was extremely strong, fit and very athletic--- the idea he broke a him seems to "strange"................
BUT
The Roman Meal Diet they modeled after may restore and save a life, even build a super man body------but it "fails" the human diet...
They "all" failed to recognize the parasite / worm connection... the M.D.s wrote nothing and Christopher basically de-wormed like a farm animal---a short periodic use of strong herbs.
Dr. Cass Ingram came along much later and like the rest of them--he too was dying and saved him self with an herb; which changed the rest of his life and like the others---he too was of exceptional health and yet found dead.. Christopher his daughter said her Dad was basically in a coma for a year before they pulled the plug--- his main son argued that was not true--but that son denied he even knew the woman, even though she owned the Christopher company at that time----that area often problems that ended up with a lot of kids not claiming each other and they all started competing companies once the old man was gone...
They "all", simple failed to live any longer than "average", even if their death was questionable--they still failed to self-protect them selves..
Dr. Jackson did not eat pounds, he explained he would carry his fresh grains in a bag around his neck and the grains are very "filling" with just an ounce or 2...
The grains / seeds may have been extremely good "if" they were picked fresh daily and eaten direct and live---otherwise grains come with problems---they are mice / insect foods..........for example: "IF" you put a few ton of dry OATS in a bin and leave till spring inside a barn-----beware that 1 day you may open that barn door to discover your have hundreds of 1,000's of small flying moths-----because every seed of oats had a worm living inside it---waiting to hatch come spring.
EVERY home in the 1960's understood to check your boxes and bags of grains in your cupboards for bugs/moths-------
Today's commercial products can be radiated or poisoned so they set in a cupboard for centuries .
Every diet that does not address dirty water & scurvy as a reason for death----will fail and odds are, they all drank dirty water, insuring bad bones, bad circulation and certain death---even though they lived pre chem/germ warfare---all humans after 1949, have so much dental and air / environment military chem/germ warfare that the old drs did not have to worry about.

Every human that just mildly adjust/modifies to self-protect from the standard reasons for death---should easily live 100 years old...
Those that keep scurvy cured---should be able to eat all they want and never become fat or ever sick.. The Jackson Diet failed that.

Thin paper items do not survive time.......
I will read this well and see what all is hidden within the words.........
This does prove 1 thing----he had plenty of time to write another book and the 1928 book was not his last book!
The ADONIS dream of Jackson coming to him in meditation and telling him, tell "him" to get my? It was either red or orange book--do not remember now.
I have searched for his known book list and no complete list exist---if he did in fact live years after 1928.
If the name was "Known" then the search could always be there--waiting for some book seller to put it up on ebay......these types of brochures would be a perfect place for him to tell about his new books....
