Over the centuries - since the time of Patanjali - the world has changed significantly. If modern man were to just sit down to meditate, he would find a very uncooperative & unruly chaos ongoing within his own mind. In prior ages, man was tasked to do more physical, manual labor. More people back then worked the land as farmers, they did much of the work that machines do in today's world. Especially with the computer age, man has moved into the dimension of the intellect. He lives a life that involves less physical activity, and has moved into the dimension of more mental activity.
As as a consequence, man has moved into a condition whereby there is an ongoing process that involves way too much thinking. It has become a deep-seated habit. So much so, that if modern man were to just sit down & try to meditate, he would be shocked at how chaotically insane his mind has become.
As a result, Osho has come to develop methods of meditation that include an initial cathartic therapy to dispel the ongoing inner chaos within & allows the individual to access the inner space of silence that is found within.
Osho Gibberish Meditation is a method of release using sound and body movement. Gibberish has been described by Osho as “one of the most scientific ways to clean the mind.” It is followed by a guided relaxation into a state of complete let-go.
After the ~30 minutes of making nonsensical gibberish sounds, there follows a drum beat which is the signal for one to witness the inner silence that can then be more easily accessible. At this time, Osho gives verbal guidance that takes one even deeper into the depths of their own inner being.
After a time, there comes another drum beat that is the signal for one to lie down and become the watcher of the body-mind mechanism. This will help one to become more dis-identified with body & mind, and become more identified with being the witnessing consciousness. The final drum is the signal to come back to a meditative sitting position, while Osho finishes with his guidance.
Enjoy it. Experiencing one's inner being of silence is tremendously blissful, peaceful and brings a youthful freshness that has been long lost living in today's technocratic world.

WHEN blending the Jackson grains, I really do not even taste them..faster and easier than making as a hot cereal.
JACKSON printed his exact formula---so no wonder companies copied it1
The Roman Mel Company added Corn Syrup to their bread 20 years ago! I e-mailed them and explained how Dr. Jackson would have hated that---months later the CEO e-mailed me and agreed and said he was removing the corn syrup.
Back then they had the Jackson Pictures on their website and story---today last I seen they removed the pictures of Jackson.
The GRAINS?
I am not a fan--but grains / seeds were poor man's foods world wide..

The concept of removing demons, proved there was a human spirit within that just needed set free of the 6,666 demons.
In his beginnings, JACKSON was amazed that he had a new heart in just 21 days----HE STARTED TO BELIEVE----then he believed in the roman soldier concept....
When JACKSON watched his body self-repair in 11 months on grains---HE BELIEVED, later in life, he wrote of the power of the HUMAN SUBCONSCIOUS aka GOD's Body.
He believed the conscious needs to talk to the subconscious (GOD).

They taste great as a hot cereal-- Dr. John R. Christopher 100% believed in hot cereal...but Christopher believed in the acid stomach..
Dr. Hay / Jackson did not believe in an acid stomach, they believed in an alkaline body for the SIMPLE FACT human blood is ph 7.3 from birth through death- and everything acidic harms the blood stream.
the common BLENDER makes drinking smoothies so simple, so easy and today they make small personal blenders---SAMS WHOLESALE is dumping the ninga blenders 2 for $70, they make 1 person at a time---easy and they can grind frozen fruit....
WHEN the Jackson grain formula is ran through a proper grinder to make a power, the grains can be drank! No need to make a hot cereal...and you can blend in frozen fruit, honey, herbs---oils, EVERY THING desirable into 1 drink....and you could easily live on that, because ypu could never drink too much, never be hungry..
HUNGER is a habit --not reality when you are well fed with what the blood wants.
Not turning the grains into a powder? I assume they could be drank--but the hot water cereal method would be better.
GRAINS? Yes, they proved superman restoration --but grains are not the answer and grains 100+ years ago were superior to grains of today.
You could live better on the coconut, but you would need to live where coconuts thrive..
