1 method for boys that were given to the monks to raise from baby up---is the cave test. Around age 21 or so, the monk raised / trained child will see how many days they can live in a cave, with no food and only the water that is in the cave....and ideally 21 days/nights in 100% darkness.........most can not last 3 days.....most can not last 24 hours....
Jet Lee a fellow I know, was given up as a baby and raised by the Monks---I think he said he lasted 19 days!. At age 21 they are given a choice---go into the world and have a family; or donate your life as a monk. Jet chose to leave and has spent his life as a natural healer and is one of the best....
INSIDE those caves?
When you see caves with allot of MONK type idols, Buddhas, bells and the such: BEWARE! Those caves may not be empty at all..
When traveling all over Thailand and the Golden Triangle we seen many "Tourist" caves with Buddhas and the such---Buddhas all over the entire country, etc...
One such cave we used a common hand held video camera--------
We seen absolutely nothing "weird" while video taping.........but months later after home and looking at the videos-----I seen this:
When we entered, this came out of a crack in the rock---------we never once seen the mist or anything unusual...
I took these pictures out of the video taken by the 3rd person. The video was quite long!
As the mist came out to greet us, it started taking on a "form"
(if you have an imagination--look center of the image and in the middle--almost looks like a face: nose, eye, chin & face looking downward..)
Once in full form, this "Mist" basically gave us a tour of his cave......
I assume there are people that have studied such mist in that part of the world and it probably has some "name"....and the wild thing is---only the video camera could see it....
So when an old guy is found living in a cave, surely over 1,000's of years many people have lived and died in caves...
There are famous caves in the Far East, near Mount Everest where the inside of mountains have hundreds of hand carved rooms where hundreds / thousands of people once lived---many documentaries made of them--in wonder of how they were made long long ago------in the 1880's 12 harvard/oxford professors were invited to live 3.5 years with people that never die---they make everything out of air--everything! They lived inside the mountains and they "glowed" as they controlled light / energy and the inside of the mountains full of light and warm and all the food they could ever want and ate like kings......and nat geo, history channel and all the colleges "ALL" know it, but they treat the slaves with all lies--the organized people: masters of lies. These people could travel at the speed of light, mastered light 1,000's of years ago...according to the 12 professors Jesus was the head man there and they recognized the names of many of his friends, one of which was Buddha. Apparently Jesus was to tell the 12 of the upcoming of World War 1 and they wrote that Jesus showed them "video" in color of the battles on the cave walls---suggesting the battles had already been fought by 1880.. MH, your "poor man's organ meats" comments reminds me of the story of "peasant" food from England in the early 1800's which was about bread from a book about the history of bread.
In 1800 England was at war with France and in those days when any European country went to war with another country they would hire mercenary soldiers of other non-combative nations to help fight. The mercenaries would be paid and fed by the hiring government.
Anyways, England did not produce enough grain for its needs and regularly imported some from Belgium. With this war France used ships to block any grain from reaching England from Belgium. England ordered grain from America but it was going to take quite a while before it would arrive, so they made a decision to not process the grain as much to make it last longer. When the mercenaries received their rations of brown "peasant" bread instead of normal white bread they were very upset and threw the bread back at the servers. Eventually grain arrived from America and England started making normal white bread again.
During the period that people received "peasant" bread many sick people recovered from their illnesses.
Rich people noticed this.

The "Burning" Bush (Wild Oregano Oil) is by far the greatest / king of Herbs! It has more uses than any other herb on the planet---far far more uses.
Wild Oregano Oil is the largest life changing herb when raising children...to raise a child with out wild oregano, would seem like punishment..

The older people become, it can be common to see "spots" on the top of the wrist----nickname them "Liver" Spots.
Otherwise they appear as collections of pigment.....
BUT, they come "up" to the surface! Which suggest they are more of some "thing" being expelled...
People will use fresh lemon juice or something to lighten the color---otherwise of appear and very dark brown (liver color)
These spots, like in general---"ALL" Spots / Scars / Varicose Veins, bumps etc. seem to fade away when herbs applied to increase direct circulation and always wise to consume herbs that cleanse and empower the arteries / valves / Veins and even wise towards evening to consume herbs rich in oils that aid the liver and lecithin ------they say the ducts, the arteries/veins/valves/nerves/brain have a high content of real Lecithin and if you allow your lecithin go to crap---you literally shrivel up, turn hard, loose your circulation and bend over as ypu become shorter and shorter on your path to the box...
SO IN THEORY
Just help what is already there---remove the constipation, keep the channels "open" and all the crap goes down and out and not up and out the skin...
The skin should appear "spotless'......because every spot and failure is an example that something internal needs help....so when you see "a" spot, treat it, erase it...keep the skin---SPOTLESS!
The SUN is not the enemy of the skin---unless foolish to just lay there and burn at mid day--- Normal Sun is healthy for all skin and way too much of the skin never ever gets a great tan....and pays the price for it..
The skin normally appears bad thanks to constipation, clogged channels...
WHEN you put a drop of herbs anywhere on the skin---you are treating the entire body, but where it touches "direct", you get the greatest pin pointed circulation increase...
Everything the skin has contact with---the skin is like a 2 way sponge---food comes out and food enters.....the skin was designed to handle NATURE and can not really adapt to none natural substances..
100% of the "forever" poisons affect the skin/body.....look up: The FOREVER POISONS, the man-made synthetics that that hang around forever....humans can be over whelmed with all the plastics, fiberglass and endless man made garbage inside them......if it wears a white coat--odds are it has harmed the earth and the life on earth.
