Ah, yes. I have experienced the same. I use an older desktop OS, and on occasion I also have seen these 'not safe' messages. I can usually push ahead & get to the website. There is another web-browser that I have sometimes used. Its probably not well known. Its called freespoke.com/. But these days I have no problem getting access to the site, even with Google.com. At present, the Webmaster is doing a very good job in keeping things 'clean', which makes moving around the site very quick & easy compared to previous times in the past.
Webmaster had recently posted the following [scroll down & you will see it], in which s/he states the following:
From what I understand: these attacks referenced above cause the slowing down of activity on this website to the point that people get frustrated with attempts to browse the curezone.org forum itself, which causes them to give up & leave, to go elsewhere. This is different than what you are talking about, which is an attempt to first get to this website, which is often times blocked by saying it is 'unsafe'. In my experience, it is also done to many, many other websites as well.
Google is probably the most popular web browser out there. Keep in mind that the Google browser is a D-A-R-P-A created web browser. And as such, gov't agencies are all about controlling narratives & individuals confined to propaganda lies. Y-O-U-T-U-B-E has also been censoring users. Twitter also was 'Shadow Banning' users there. That changed quite a bit when Elon Musk bought up Twitter & now calls it X.com.
People just have to be persistent with their searches, and what they are using & how they are using a web browser. Hopefully, things will improve over time.
