I love Coconut Oil but people with certain health conditions should know all the facts. I was concerned about taking coconut oil because of the stimulate effect, since I have anxiety attacks and high blood pressure.
Am not saying this is true, but I did find my blood pressure rose a little with use of coconut oil.
