Urticaria?

Hi All!

It's been a few months since I was last here, I hope everyone is well :o)

I was just wondering if any of you have suffered from Urticaria after you started cleansing? If so, what did you do to clear it up? Is it just a matter of time or do you have a technique that you can share?
