Help me identify these yellow blobs after coffee enema

I need your help identifying this ! I just completed a 3 day fast in which I had 3 coffee enemas. On my second enema all these yellow blobs came out. I see images on other forums in which people say liver flukes or malabsorption of fat or gallstones. Looks bigger than a gallstone more the size of a butter bean. Doesn’t look the shape of a liver fluke. Please help.

I am showing one but a whole bunch came out of me. Maybe 30-50.
