The Orange, when ripe and clean--if you just set it on a shelf---it can 100% dry up and still look like an "orange" and weigh little to nothing---and not mold in that process---can set on that shelf for years as just a dry orange!
Florida use to respect the oranges, until the gov took over the state and flooded it with slaves/homeless and 18970's - trash/tiny houses today, setting on "sand" with almost no yard- now sales for $600,000.00 if they are within a few miles from the coast..providing mega TAX $$$ for the state and the orange groves barely exist and the huge nasa farms turned into 100% mexican villages that have no english signs or prices in their stores...many of their orange groves today have been turned into sorghum farms and gigantic / monsterious water pumps in the center of the state that pump 24/7 into the ocean--otherwise that land would be under water---wheh you drive through that area you can see the water is about 6 inches from the surface of the ground---and some of the largest water pumps in the country --so it would seem like---if they just shut those pumps off, the bottom of florida would just slide back into the ocean...
