How to reemove a food particle is stuck deep in a tooth that has cavity?

A food particle is stuck deep in a tooth that has cavity.

That is causing nausea and headache. I tried floss, salt water, baking soda in water, hydrogen peroxide though nothing worked.

Please suggest some other ways that could work.
