Need some help

I saw a holistic dentist and he located 2 cavitations where my wisdom teeth used to be. he recommends the surgery but my body is in bad shape now and i dont think the trauma from this surgery will be good for me. also i dont even know if these cavitations are causing any health problems. most of my issues are gut related. and there is also a big nerve running right through one of the cavitations so i am concerned abut damaging it if i get any work done. i have oral lichen planus and geographic tongue and am also concerned this surgery would cause a major flare and create even more problems. right now i am leaning towards not doing it and two of my doctors feel its risky and not warranted. i wanted to see if there are other ways to address the cavitation without surgery and also find out who was able to make a connection between cavitations and their health problems. my main issue now is candida and posibly sibo and dysbiosis and am also reovering from mold exposure. thanks for your help
