Hi, I do think that checking the labels on all baby foods is a really good practice, and it could be a beneficial practice for t=all families. what I usually do is read all the labels and google all the chemicals and the compounds that have been added to the food, and if I see that there are some sides effects, or if the substance is not good for baby use, I drop the product, and don't use it again, for me personally, I couldn't breastfeed for longer than three months, and I pretty much had to go for formula. there are very reliable bnads out there that can help you find organic formula and food for your baby. i have been using organic baby formula, ad it work really well for me. i hope this was helpful for you. best of luck!
