Increased hunger?


Does anyone know if increased hunger is result of low or high cortisol?

Yesterday for no apparent reason, I had a very emotional day. I cried at the drop of a hat..

Needless to say, I was in a stressed state the rest of the day. I had the worst hunger pangs. Constantly needed to eat...didn't drink much all day but when I did, I was in the bathroom a lot. Sure enough this morning I woke up at 3am sharp which I usually do following a stressful day.

Is this signs of high or low cortisol.

Let me know. Still trying to decide if my treatment plan should be based on high or low cortisol.
