Bloated on Fruitarian diet..why?

I have been on the 80/10/10 or fruitarian diet now for more than a month. Normally i have a very flat stomach but ever since i've been on this diet it is soo bloated. I do proper food combining or stick with monomeals so I am confused as to why this is happening. It is uncomfortable and hope that someone knows why!
