What is the best kidney cleanse?

Hello All!

I have been bouncing around this forum for the last year in regard to my Body Odor problem. I have done every cleanse except for a kidney cleanse. My diet has been poor in the last few months but I am getting it back on track with fruits veggies, whole grains (Whole Wheat, Quinoa, Cous Cous, Nutritional Yeast, etc) and if I really have to free roam meats that are not red.

Does anyone know of a kidney cleanse that I can perform. I told my doctor a month ago that i had some pain in my side and she gave me metamucil. With the back pain i had a year ago I think a kidney cleanse may do me some good. If anyone could send me a direct link to a detailed kidney cleanse site that would be great.

Also I was wondering, do I have to do all of those other cleanses all over again because by the time I completed those I as almost anemic and lost 50 pounds?
